We're Looking For: Someone with tenacity, passion, discipline and grit to join our team as an Career Services Specialist at our campus.

To Do What: You will be responsible for administering IECs job placement program by ensuring a successful job transition experience for graduating students.

Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS
  • High School Diploma, required or Associate Degree, preferred
  • Solid understanding of the Student and Extern life cycle within a school setting and/or the Career Services externship process
  • Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills, including superior problem solving, organization and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work with people from a variety of diverse social and economic backgrounds
  • Ability to professionally represent the campus in the employment community
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to change
  • High energy, assertive, results driven and highly ethical
  • Computer proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel a must
