To support our growing business, we are hiring a Channel Sales Associate (Print Business) for our India team who will play a key role in managing and growing McGraw Hill Professional's print channel business across the Indian Subcontinent.

This role is a 6 MONTHS contractual position, offering a focused opportunity to contribute to key projects while gaining valuable hands-on experience

How are you creating an impact?
You will be responsible for driving channel engagement, supporting revenue growth, strengthening relationships with distributors and key accounts, and ensuring smooth business operations across print portfolios. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders and channel partners to maximize opportunities and deliver strong customer experiences.

What will you be doing?

• Support and drive sales growth across print channels and key customer accounts within the Indian Subcontinent
• Manage relationships with distributors and channel partners while identifying opportunities to improve performance and business growth
• Support sales planning activities including revenue forecasting, inventory planning, and trend analysis
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities
• Partner with internal teams including Marketing, Product, and Regional stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of business plans
• Support e-Commerce and channel partners with product assets, sales tools, pricing information, and business updates

We are looking for someone having:

• 3-5 years of experience in Channel Sales / Account Management / Print Business / Publishing / Distribution management
• Experience managing customer relationships and driving business growth
• Exposure to publishing, healthcare, or print-related industries would be preferred
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Good analytical skills with exposure to forecasting and business reporting
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment
