Job Description Summary	The Chapman Radio Graphic Designer supports in the creation of graphics and merchandise for the organization.

Required Qualifications	Proficiency in an editing suite of your preference (Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Picsart, etc.). Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Demonstrated reliability and commitment to Chapman Radio’s mission and community. Basic understanding of radio operations with a willingness to learn new technical skills.
Desired Qualifications	Leadership experience with ability to train and mentor team members Technical proficiency with relevant equipment (soundboards, broadcasting tools, etc.) Creative skills in areas such as graphic design, social media management, or event planning. Passion for music and media with knowledge of current industry trends and developments.
