Highlights

Direct the full financial management cycle, from planning and forecasting through reconciliation and reporting

Maintain internal controls and compliance with University and RBHS fiscal policies
Advise the Unit Dean on short- and long-term financial planning and on ways to balance revenue against expenditures
Represent the school with senior finance leaders, peer units, and central business functions
Supervise the Dean's Office administrative staff and lead the annual budget process
Hold a master's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field with 7 years of budget and financial experience, including 3 in a supervisory role
Salary range of $128,571 to $213,062 (grade 35S)
Hybrid work arrangement may be available under Rutgers' remote work agreements
