Role Overview:

CLASS Specialists are charged with supporting and delivering a variety of CLASS-based professional development and training services.

Role Responsibilities:

Train and provide ongoing support to participants/clients as they deliver Teachstone’s programs.
Deliver and contribute to observer support programs/services (e.g., calibration, double coding).
Collaborate with other CLASS Specialists to ensure quality implementation of services.
Contribute to the development and revision of program materials.
Achieve and maintain reliability for all CLASS age-levels assigned.
Other duties as needed to support Teachstone as the organization matures.

Team player who shares problem-solving responsibilities and offers creative responses to new challenges.
Ability to translate research into practice.
Ability to provide feedback that is both directive and supportive.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proven training and facilitation skills.
Adept use of technology.
Candidates must be willing to conduct trainings in Eastern time zone (EST) hours.
Up to 50-75% travel based on professional development support work loads.
