| Duties and Responsibilities | This position ensures a positive user experience by providing clear communication, timely support, and proactive solutions for classroom and event technology. Key responsibilities include managing service requests, maintaining documentation, and tracking IT assets. The role also involves staying current on technology trends and assisting with training initiatives. Position-specific duties include installing, configuring, and maintaining audiovisual (AV) equipment in classrooms, lecture halls, and event spaces. The specialist provides real-time technical support to minimize disruptions, conducts regular AV system inspections, and assists with technology upgrades. Additionally, they collaborate with faculty, IT teams, and vendors to implement new AV solutions and provide training on system usage and best practices. General Responsibilities:
