Highlights

Oversee publication and submission of required annual reports including Annual Security Report, Hazing Transparency Report, Daily Crime Log, emergency notifications, fire reports, and missing persons reports.
Maintain and submit annual lists of University personnel classified as Campus Security Authorities and coordinate data collection from university properties.
Requires prior experience as a Clery Compliance Coordinator in a university setting, extensive Clery Act training, and demonstrated skills in data analysis, reporting, and recordkeeping.
Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and judgment skills with discretion handling sensitive information are necessary.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and database management is required.
Bachelor’s degree with minimum one year relevant experience; JD and experience at a large state flagship institution preferred.
Position reports to the Associate Vice Chancellor for University Compliance and requires regular on-site presence, occasional after-hours work, and designated Campus Security Authority responsibilities.
