Clinical Education Assessment Coordinator Full Description

Overview: 
The Clinical Education Assessment Coordinator will coordinate and support all student-related assessments and programs during the clinical years (years three and four) not directly related to their clinical rotations.

Responsibilities: 
  • Coordinate NBOME COMAT exams and report and post scores
  • Coordinate NBOME Level 2 Board examination preparation including: scheduling of COMBANK assessments, scheduling of COMSAE assessments, providing exam approvals, & coordinating remediation efforts.
  • Assist in coordination and follow up of off cycle students not currently on rotations
  • Liaison with COM Learning Specialist to support students as needed
  • Assign and track all required Aquifer course assignments for all clinical students
  • Report all COMAT and Aquifer requirements for grade submission
  • Distribute and track student Interprofessional Education requirement
  • All other clerical tasks as assigned
 
Qualifications: 
Education/Experience
  • Bachelor of Arts preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
  • General administrative duties required
  • Demonstrated ability to develop positive and cooperative relationships with students, faculty and colleagues required
  • Demonstrated proficiency in communication (written and verbal) preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Well-organized and effective time management
  • Ability to work independently or as a team
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities within a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to operate standard office technology (fax, scanner, multi-line phone)

 Maximum Salary: USD $49,595.00/Yr. Minimum Salary: USD $39,675.00/Yr.
