Our Company
Medicine is evolving faster than ever, and so is the way clinicians learn. At Sketchy, we partner with institutions, health systems, and learners to expand access to high-quality clinical education that prepares clinicians for what’s next.

Our mission is to help clinicians build the readiness and agility needed to deliver better decisions, stronger patient connections, and higher-quality care in a world shaped by AI and precision medicine.

We’re reimagining how clinical reasoning, communication, and other core competencies are developed, empowering every learner to adapt, grow, and lead in the future of healthcare.

We are seeking a Clinical Education Consultant with experience in Graduate Medical Education (GME) to design realistic, high-impact medical scenarios for an exciting new interactive learning platform. The ideal candidate has worked closely with residents and/or fellows, understands competency-based education, and deeply appreciates the learning challenges faced during residency training. You know how to turn complex clinical concepts into engaging, easy-to-understand teaching moments that reflect authentic clinical reasoning and resident–attending interactions.

You will collaborate with Sketchy’s content team to ensure each case is medically rigorous, instructionally sound, and aligned with ACGME and specialty training goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with medical educators to develop clinical simulation cases that reflect real-world patient care and resident-level reasoning.
  • Ensure content aligns with resident-level competencies for each specialty and reflects the most current clinical guidelines and best practices.
  • Design learning objectives, discussion prompts, and assessment questions that facilitate reflection and higher-order reasoning for resident learners.
  • Craft realistic chart documentation, simulated patient interactions, and attending-resident dialogues that teach diagnostic reasoning, prioritization, and management.
  • Provide feedback and peer review of cases authored by other clinicians.
  • Review accompanying educational scripts, visuals, and multimedia for clinical and educational accuracy.
  • Support quality assurance testing of cases to ensure logical flow, interactivity, and instructional clarity.
  • Advocate for learner engagement and cognitive realism based on your experience teaching and supervising trainees.
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects related to content strategy, prompt design, and generative AI case authoring.

What We're Looking For:
  • MD or DO required with completion of residency
  • Experience in graduate medical education, including resident or fellow supervision, simulation design, or clinical teaching.
  • Strong writing skills and comfort with case-based and scenario-driven education.
  • Experience with AI tools, GPT, or prompt engineering is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
  • Creative, proactive, and passionate about innovating medical education.
