As a Co-Op or Intern on our i-Ready engineering team, you’ll help build software that supports over 14 million K–8 students and 1 million educators across the country. Sessions available:
- 6-month Co-Op: January-June 2026 (40 hours per week)
- 3-month Internship: June-August 2026 (40 hours per week)
- 6-month Co-Op: June-December 2026 (40 hours per week)

You’ll start with smaller assignments to get familiar with our tools and processes, then take on more complex projects as you grow. You’ll also be part of a broader community of interns and co-ops, with support to help you build the skills and experience aligned with your goals.

What to expect, you will...
- Build features that directly support K–8 students and teachers

- Some technical experience (there are many ways this can look!)
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics—or have equivalent experience
- Expected graduation date of May 2026 or later
- Availability to work 40 hours/week during Eastern Time for the full duration of the co-op or internship
- No prior full-time software engineering roles (internships/co-ops are great!)
- U.S. residency and enrollment in a U.S.-based program (we are unable to sponsor visas for this role)

Benefits and Pay Range:
Pay – This role’s base pay is $35/hr. The Company recognizes that minimum wage varies by location and will ensure all compensation decisions comply with applicable state and local laws.
Benefits - Temporary employees who average, and maintain, at least 30 hours of work per week may become eligible for medical coverage, under the Affordable Care Act, after an initial waiting period. Temporary and per-diem employees working more than 20 hours per week are eligible for twelve paid holidays. All temporary employees are eligible for accrued sick time. Temporary employees may be eligible to participate in the 401k if they meet the hours required of the plan.
