- Annual and Sick Leave – Classified Staff, Non-Classified Staff and 12-month Faculty earn up to 24 days of annual leave per year (max 360 hours) and up to 18 days of sick leave per year. ) Employee Leave

Job Description | College Enrollment Coordinators (CEC) in the Office of Recruitment are responsible for the overall management and coordination of academic college-specific recruiting, yield and retention efforts for designated academic colleges, including but not limited to, college-specific aspects of new student recruitment, current student engagement, non-returning student engagement, non-completer student engagement.
CECs collaborate with MU Enrollment Management and Academic Affairs, to plan/execute academic college-specific student engagement efforts with continuous evaluation of college enrollment efforts and outcomes. Additionally, participation in on-campus and/or in-person university recruitment or retention events is required.
There may be occasions where off campus recruitment/yield efforts required; therefore, potential candidates must be eligible for hotel and car rental agreements and have the ability to lift/carry up to 30 pounds. Occasional evening and weekend work required.
Other duties as assigned.Individuals in this position are expected to meet stated performance standards and benchmarks, to achieve goals and expected outcomes in all areas.

Required Qualifications
Education | Bachelor’s Degree required
Experience | One to three years of professional experience in a role requiring strong communication, relationship-building, or outreach skills (e.g., admissions, customer service, teaching, marketing, sales, event planning, or community engagement) or active involvement during time as a student at Marshall university (i.e.., SGA, GA/TA, clubs/organizations).
Preferred Qualifications
Education | Master’s degree preferred.
Experience | One year of experience admissions/recruiting/advising/higher education or an active undergraduate experience at an institution of higher education or other relevant experience (i.e., sales, teaching, customer service, marketing, tabling events).
Experience with software systems comparable to those used at Marshall University to recruit and retain students, such as Banner SIS or commonly used CRMs.
