  • Track key personnel effort and maintain current/pending support documentation throughout the award lifecycle.
  • Maintain regular contact with investigators and college leadership including Deans, Chairs, and Finance Managers.
  • Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of pre-award grant experience with thorough knowledge of federal grant regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is required; MS degree or CRA certification and higher education experience are preferred.
  • Salary is commensurate with experience; this is a full-time, exempt staff position within the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences at Villanova University.
