Job Description Summary   
Eastern Oregon University (EOU) invites applications for an analytical and organized leader to serve as College Operations Manager (COM) for the College of Science, Technology, Mathematics & Health Sciences (STMHS) and Fiscal Lead for EOU’s four academic colleges.

Responsibilities  
Fiscal Lead for EOU’s four academic colleges:
Annual budget development and management. Monitor expenditures, prepare regular reports for Deans, and provide strategic financial guidance. Partner with Accounts Payable to streamline fiscal policies and procedures. Help ensure sound, data-informed decision making. 
College Operations Management (STMHS):
Provide confidential administrative support to the Dean and serve as a key member of the college leadership team. Direct day-to-day operations of STMHS, including college budget oversight, purchasing, personnel management, and accreditation support. Supervise administrative and technical staff, provide guidance and professional development. Support College of STMHS grant administration. Support college of STMHS faculty recruitment, course scheduling, and online education processes.
Minimum Qualifications  |
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, finance, accounting, or related discipline. At least five (5) years of administrative or operations management experience, including support for mid-level administrators, budget/finance oversight, and staff supervision. Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience. Demonstrated competence in: Budgeting, financial reporting, and data-informed decision making. Strong written/oral communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Adobe. Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
