Shift | Monday-Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm; and some nights and weekends.
Job Summary | The Philanthropy Associate is an integral member of the Rosenberg College of Law philanthropy team and reports directly to the Director of Philanthropy. With oversight from and in conjunction with the Sr. Director of Events, the position will plan all Alumni and Philanthropy events for the Rosenberg College of Law. He/she will also coordinate the stewardship program which involves gift acknowledgement, development of honor roll lists, and maintenance of web page. In addition, the position will serve as primary liaison between the College and the Law Alumni Association. In conjunction with LAA coordinates the Hall of Fame and Alumni Awards process and event.
The Philanthropy Associate will work with the Director of Philanthropy to create active prospects for major gifts from $1,000 – $25,000 for the College. In addition, the position will track/organize pledge and gift update reports from UK Central Philanthropy. Perform other duties as assigned to assist the college.
