Minimum Required Qualifications  | Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, arts administration, Business or related field plus Three years’ experience in marketing, journalism, or promotion Experience writing, editing, designing, and producing brochures, newsletters, and other printed and digital materials Strong leadership, decision making, interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills; solid presentation, negotiation, problem solving, conflict resolution, and meeting management skills Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Ability to develop and monitor annual operating and multi-year project budgets Computer skills including MS office, InDesign, and Photoshop.

Preferred Qualifications  | Master’s degree in communications, Marketing, arts administration or Business Experience working in an art museum, art center, or nonprofit cultural organization Graphic design experience Knowledge of current arts marketing best practices articulated by the American Alliance of Museums, the Association of Art Museum Directors, the Association of Academic Museums and Galleries, and other professional organizations.
