The College of Agriculture is hiring a Communications and Marketing Specialist to support student recruitment, alumni relations, research visibility, and stakeholder engagement through collaboration with executive leadership. The specialist manages content strategy, produces communications materials, and maintains a consistent brand voice across multiple platforms to highlight research, student success, and land-grant engagement.
Highlights
Develop communications and marketing materials for internal and external audiences.
Produce internal newsletters and manage social media accounts for the College of Agriculture.
Provide photo, video, and graphic design support for marketing campaigns and events.
Ensure marketing aligns with University brand and accessibility standards.
Develop digital media campaigns for diverse college stakeholders.
Require high school diploma (or equivalent) with four years relevant experience; preferred bachelor's degree in digital media, communications, or related field.
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, videography, photography, graphic design, copywriting, and social media strategy preferred.
Foundational understanding of the agricultural sector and/or research favored.
Annual salary range between $55,000 and $65,000 ($26.44-$31.45 hourly).
Works closely with marketing, admissions, stakeholder relations, and communications teams.
