| Advertised Job Summary | The Marketing and Communications Coordinator for the Office of Undergraduate Studies develops and executes communications that promote recruitment, retention, and career readiness programs within the McCausland College of Arts and Sciences. This role strengthens affinity for the College among key audiences-including prospective and admitted students, employers, faculty, staff, and community members-by building strong relationships and increasing visibility for programs and events. Effective communications will support higher engagement, improved attendance, and stronger recruitment and retention outcomes. |

| Preferred Qualifications | Bachelor’s degree and 2 years experience in communications and electronic media, and/or public relations and marketing. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite preferred. |

Ability to plan and organize multiple projects simultaneously while working independently. Basic graphic design skills and experience with Adobe lnDesign, Photoshop, or similar programs. |
| Job Duty | Plan, create, and distribute electronic communications to campus and external audiences in coordination with the Communications and Admissions teams. Collaborate with Office of Undergraduate Studies staff to determine content for emails and newsletters. Develop communication templates in partnership with the Communications team and manage email campaigns according to established schedules. Monitor performance metrics for email and social media campaigns and provide regular reports to assess effectiveness. Ensure communications are accurate, high-quality, and aligned with college standards by working with the Communications team for review and approval. |
