Job Description
The Compliance Specialist is responsible for compiling, preparing and managing departmental compliance documentation. They will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Job Duties
  • Reporting to the Assoc. VP for Institutional Compliance and Ethics, the Compliance Specialist.
  • Will be responsible for assisting with departmental compliance requirements to include Clery, Equal Opportunity, Title IX, and ADA/ADAA. Will serve as back up to the Clery Act Compliance Officer.
  • Assist in the conduct of compliance assessments, collaborating with compliance partners, investigating allegations of noncompliance, policy review, revision, and preparing detailed reports. Will serve as case manager, responsible for maintaining departmental websites and databases.
