Mountain Gateway Community College (MGCC) is a two-year public institution of higher education and one of 23 community colleges in Virginia. The Technical Services Support Specialist provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to the Technical Services Department and the broader user community. This position assists with troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and support of computer hardware, networking equipment, and related technology systems.
