Consultant Full Description

Position Overview:
The Consultant is a member of the delivery team and is responsible for delivering high-quality K-12 consulting services for client engagements. This individual will establish strong relationships with clients and build a deep understanding of their unique needs, lead high-quality delivery of Educations Elements’ solutions to meet the objectives of client engagements, and contribute thought leadership in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Research and Solutions Development Teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Service Delivery of Client EngagementsBuild strong relationships and become a trusted advisor to clients with a clear understanding of their need sand opportunities for our organization to best support a healthy and lasting engagement.
Maintain fluency across Education Elements’ solutions with the ability to draft and deliver compelling presentations, reports, and deliverables to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
Deliver services that meet the goals of client engagements to drive high levels of client satisfaction, impact, and renewal.Uncover trends, patterns, and insights to provide strategic recommendations for current and future client engagements.
Lead engaging in-person and virtual client meetings, workshops, and focus groups to facilitate productive discussions and drive actionable insights.Maintain project plans and communication strategies to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of clientengagements.
Articulate ideas and complex concepts in a clear, resonant manner, tailored to diverse audiences including students, teachers, administrators, and educational leaders.

Business Development + Thought Leadership:
Contribute valuable thought leadership and expertise to company strategies for client acquisition, including active participation in marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.Identify emerging trends and opportunities in the K-12 education sector and collaborate with the Client
Success Team and Research and Solutions Development Team to develop innovative solutions to meet evolving client needs.
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging opportunities relevant to our clients and business objectives.

Qualifications: Proven experience driving results in the K-12 education sector, with expertise in one or more of the following areas:
Curriculum and instruction, including high-quality instructional materials
School improvement initiatives
Leadership development for school and district leaders
Strategic planning and implementation
5+ years of experience leading projects or teams in a school, district, or state education agencyProven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and navigate ambiguity to achieve exceptional outcomes
Experience facilitating professional development and strategy sessions, both virtually and in person, for teachers and school/district leadersStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholdersExceptional project management, time management, synthesis, and problem-solving skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented self-starter
Experience as an instructional coach, principal, district-level leader, or in K-12 consultingPreference for candidates based in Texas
Bring content expertise in Strong Foundations, with experience supporting Reading Language Arts and Math programs 

Willingness to travel (30%-60% depending on seasonality)
Compensation: Salary $75,000 - $89,000 + Benefits
