What You’ll Do
We’re hiring a Content Designer to join our team of mission-driven educators and designers to build high-quality, standards-aligned learning experiences that support student success.
In this role, you will:
  • Write, edit, and revise engaging curriculum content (CTE and Electives)—including lessons, assessments, and activities—that support strong student outcomes
  • Apply design and quality guidelines to ensure content is instructionally sound, rigorous, and inclusive
  • Collaborate with designers, editors, and content developers to ensure clarity and alignment across all assets
  • Work within internal authoring platforms and follow established content workflows
  • Support iterative development cycles through feedback integration and process improvement
  • Stay informed about curriculum standards and educational best practices to inform development decisions

Who You Are
  • You bring at least 2 years of experience in education, curriculum development, or instructional design
  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in education or a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • You’re a strong writer and editor with sharp attention to detail
  • You understand learning design principles and how they apply to digital curriculum
  • You enjoy collaborating across teams and contributing to shared goals
  • You’re organized, flexible, and able to manage multiple deadlines
  • You’re quick to learn new tools and technologies – bonus points for experience with AI
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
  • You’re driven by the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in K–12 education

Actual compensation will be determined based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill sets.
