Project Manager Jira Airtable
Job Overview:

Lexia is seeking an experienced Project Manager who is passionate about joining a team dedicated to making a difference in the life of learners and educators. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to support, design, build, and launch product resources that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

The Project Manager will coordinate and oversee all aspects of tracking, scheduling, and managing work for the Customer Health Journey and Experience team. The Project Manager will work with the Success Partnership Product Manager to establish goals, tasks, and deliverables to ensure successful coordination of resources to ensure evolution and enhanced value for success partnerships.  They will also collaborate with the Success Strategy Manager, Implementation Manager, and Knowledge Base manager on resources to support all customer segments in their journey to strong implementation of Lexia product and professional learning solutions. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution:
    • Manage intake of content and feature requests for prioritization
    • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.
    • Lead project teams in the successful execution of tasks and ensure project milestones are met.
  • Airtable Integration:
    • Utilize Airtable as a central project management tool for organizing and tracking project-related information with visibility for stakeholder teams in (customer success management, professional learning facilitators, CS operations among others)
    • Customize and optimize Airtable databases to align with project requirements and team workflows.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    • Effectively communicate project progress, updates, and issues to stakeholders at bi-weekly cross functional stand-up meetings.

    • Create real-time dashboards and reports for transparent project tracking for internal cross departmental stakeholders from other project management tools or data sources including SF, Jira, Smartsheets, Google Sheets.
  • Resource Management:
    • Coordinate and allocate resources efficiently to meet project goals and deadlines.
    • Identify and resolve resource constraints, collaborating closely with team members and department heads.
  • Risk Management:
    • Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Use Airtable to create risk logs and track mitigation efforts.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality project outcomes.
    • Use Airtable to track and manage quality control checklists and approvals.
  • Contractor Management:
    • Monitor contracts for external contractors used by cross functional team.
    • Develop and manage contracts and track expenses associated with those contracts.
  • Documentation:
    • Maintain comprehensive project documentation in Airtable, including project plans, meeting notes, and status reports.
    • Ensure that project-related documentation is organized and easily accessible.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years experience as a Project Manager, experience with Airtable preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate conflict and foster honest dialog
  • Team player who can take on programs in various stages of completion and guide to completion.
  • Ability to synthesize information quickly and anticipate opportunities and challenges. 
  • Demonstrates a growth mindset that seeks feedback and data to continue to improve professionally. 
  • Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with other project management tools and software including Jira, Smartsheets. 
  • Airtable certification or extensive experience is highly desirable.
