Description

This position will be employed through Noor Staffing Group working remotely throughout the U.S.

The Content Systems & Copyright Operations Contractor is part of the Learning Resource Group, managing digital asset quality control, metadata integrity across the DAM and CMS platforms, as well as our copyright registration processes. This role is focused on the accuracy, organization, and operational continuity of content assets and workflows, and documentation maintenance. This role often serves as the bridge between Content and Program employees and our Legal partners, vendors, and/or the U.S. Copyright Office, ensuring clear communication, coordinated handoffs, and continuity across all parties.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Content Support - File fulfilment requests, International Requests, Electronic File Request vendor mgmt, locating files.
  • DAM Archiving QC - metadata and archive review, vendor review and board maintenance.
  • Copyright Registration process & vendor management, including deposit copy management, tracking process start to finish.
  • Business support - content reports, errata, etc.
  • Litigation works and data support, including files as well as copyright research.
  • CMS Collection management - to assist common stakeholder searches.
  • Coursera Support - Provide content support by pulling data and files.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple recurring and ad hoc workstreams simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to ensuring accuracy, consistency, and high-quality outputs across file management, metadata, and copyright operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively to diverse internal and external audiences.
  • Ability to think critically to diagnose content or operational issues, ask the right questions, and develop practical solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and coordinate with external vendors and partners.
  • Proven track record of maintaining a positive, solutions-oriented approach while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies, systems, and processes, with the ability to navigate and support change effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working within a DAM, CMS, or related content management platform.
  • Familiarity with metadata standards, asset relationship structures, and digital asset workflows.
  • Experience with copyright registration processes, including use of the eCO portal or equivalent compliance-oriented operational work.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and coordinating deliverables across external partners.
  • Familiarity with litigation support workflows, copyright research, or legal data requests.
  • Experience in file fulfillment, international content operations, or electronic file request management.
  • Demonstrated interest or experience in publishing, edtech, educational content, or a related field.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity, support content review, or identify metadata or rights gaps.

Pay Rate: $30/ hour.

Hours: 20 hours/ week.

Assignment Duration: June 29, 2026 - March 31, 2027
