Key Responsibilities

Create Content

  • Produce high-impact educational resources, including blogs, whitepapers, videos, podcasts, and social media content that engages target audiences across multiple channels and touchpoints

  • Create compelling web and landing page content to demonstrate Classroom Mosaic’s value to various education decision-makers.
  • Turn research and product updates into content for district leaders, principals, and coaches.
  • Use previous experience and knowledge to adjust tone and depth for each audience, from a building principal to a superintendent.

Build Resources and Campaigns

  • Develop and maintain a library of practical resources including implementation playbooks, best practice toolkits, and professional learning resources that help school and district leaders get measurable results from Classroom Mosaic.
  • Write campaign content for email, social, paid ads and nurture sequences
  • Help shape how we talk about Classroom Mosaic's value to different education leaders.
  • Create and refresh sales enablement materials and tools that support growth team effectiveness

Thought Leadership & Partnerships

  • Partner with successful school leaders to craft and deliver conference presentations that showcase their transformation results, turning client success stories into powerful peer advocacy.
  • Develop research-backed articles, cultivate relationships with educational publishers, and secure regular publication opportunities in respected industry journals and professional associations such as ASCD, Learning Forward, and state teaching organizations.
  • Represent Classroom Mosaic as a thought leader through client interactions and published content

Skills & Requirements

  • 5+ years of K-12 leadership experience, with direct involvement in instructional leadership or school transformation initiatives.
  • 3+ years of professional experience writing for an education audience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives and drive alignment across the organization.
  • A deep understanding of what school and district leaders face day to day: limited time, evaluation and compliance demands, staffing, and pressure to improve instruction.
  • Strong interviewing and listening skills.
  • A sharp editor who can make writing clear, specific, and true to the story.
  • Ability to manage several projects and deadlines at once.
  • Ability to work independently in a small, fast-moving team.
  • A portfolio of writing samples across formats relevant to this role, such as web content, email campaigns, case studies, published articles or conference presentations in K-12 education. (preferred)
