Job Description
Education Affiliates is seeking contract instructional designers. The work scope encompasses creating effective learning experiences, focusing on specific projects in the field of Medical Technology programs such as Dental Hygiene, Medical Laboratory Technician, or Surgical Technology. The designer will collaborate with subject matter experts and utilize AI development tools to tailor course content and assessments. Core Responsibilities:
  • Needs Analysis:
Working with stakeholders to identify learning needs and performance gaps. 

  • Curriculum Design:
Developing curriculum frameworks, course outlines, and learning objectives. 

  • Instructional Design:
Creating learning activities, assignments, and assessments that align with learning objectives. 

  • Content Development:
Developing and revising course content, including text, images, audio, and video. 

  • Multimedia Production:
