THE OPPORTUNITY:
As a Contract Learning Experience Designer at Brisk Teaching, you'll help districts adapt HQIM into engaging and rigorous digital learning resources. You’ll work directly with ELA curricula and utilize Brisk to curate relevant supplemental content aligned to a given scope and sequence. This is a unique opportunity to support a fast-growing startup where your work directly impacts educators and students.

YOU WILL:
  • Dive deeply into the scope and sequence of a given ELA curriculum to understand implementation challenges and supplemental needs
  • Create exemplar bundles of content using Brisk’s various generative outputs- Boost activities, podcasts, assessments, etc.
  • Scale exemplar bundles to the entirety of the scope and sequence
  • Interface with district administrators to solicit feedback on our approach and iterate content to meet their needs

YOU HAVE:
  • Minimum of two years of US-based teaching experience in 3rd-8th grade ELA
  • Experience working with ELA HQIM, with a preference for EL Education and/or Wit & Wisdom
  • Availability to work 20-40 hours per week for 8 weeks (contract may be extended longer depending on need)
  • Strong organizational skills with project management experience
  • Strong working knowledge of and experience with best practices in integrating AI tools into instruction.
