As part of the Conferences and Continuing Education team, you will support the awards program, professional development offerings, and conferences facilitated by the National Resource Center for the First-Year Experience and Students in Transition. This coordinator will work under general supervision as a liaison between entities conducting business with the center throughout the lifecycle of awards, workshops, and conferences.

Primary Duties:
Support the planning and execution of conferences, workshops, and other events, which includes preparing print and digital material, soliciting reviewers, providing on-site support, and coordinating with facilitators. Complete tasks associated with the National Recognition Programs sponsored by the National Resource Center. Provide support to business functions, which may include maintaining conference databases, monitoring registrations, managing travel, reconciling accounts, and responding to email inquiries.

Job Related Minimum Required Education and Experience  | Requires a bachelor’s degree in a job related field and 2 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience.
