The Coordinator will provide logistical support and coordination across the Adoptions, Contracts, and Deal Desk teams in support of the larger Sales team. This support will include facilitating and supporting the completion of documentation, arranging necessary meetings and communications, coordinating customer submissions, and aggregating and presenting information from both internal and external sources.

The role requires efficient project and task management, as well as building awareness and understanding of Amplify's products. 

Essential Responsibilities:
Support Documentation & Submissions:
  • Assist Deal Desk and Adoption teams with customer product and pricing documentation for state adoptions and RFP bids.
  • Arrange the submission of product samples for RFPs and state adoptions.
  • Request and format necessary certificates, reports, and other documentation from internal and external sources.
  • Coordinate the printing, production, and shipment of bids.
  • Manage the submission of vendor registration and miscellaneous forms.
Project & Communication Coordination:
  • Update project and pipeline trackers for Deal Desk and Adoption team leadership.
  • Coordinate requests and follow-up communications with project stakeholders.
  • Document discussions, progress, and action items from state adoption calls, providing follow-up as needed.
Workflow Management:
  • Monitor shared inboxes to coordinate approval communications, trigger review cycles, manage pricing documentation requests, and flag important matters.
  • Review the Deal Desk approvals queue for discounted quotes, ensuring compliance and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Collaborate with Field Marketing and Account Executives to build pricing documentation for opportunities and territories.

Required Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Adobe Software
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Strong quantitative analysis skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in K-12 education or educational technology industries
  • CRM or Salesforce experience
  • Previous project management experience

What we offer:

The gross salary range for this role is $55,000.00 - $60,000.00. This role is eligible to earn an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
