  • Proficiency required in Windows, Microsoft 365, and Adobe products; experience with Advocate case management software preferred.
  • Minimum educational requirement: relevant post-baccalaureate degree or Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of experience in student support functions.
  • Experience supporting diverse caseloads involving crisis, mental health, trauma, and confidential information management.
  • Valid North Carolina driver’s license or eligibility required; willingness to work some evenings and weekends.
