Description  | Reporting to the Head Men’s and Women’s Lacrosse Coaches, the Coordinator of Lacrosse Analytics and External Operations serves both the men’s and women’s lacrosse staff and assists with practice/game analytics and planning for off campus travel and events. This position requires working nights, weekends, and occasionally holidays to attend appropriate athletic events as deemed necessary.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Uses all practice, game, recruiting, and scouting videos to break down and provide analytics in areas including but not limited to shot chart generation and analysis as well as clearing and zone defense analysis to the lacrosse programs. Assists with video set-up and operation. Assists with all logistical planning for away competitions and/or off campus sponsored events pertaining to the lacrosse programs. Cultivates and maintains a strong working relationship with all members of the lacrosse coaching staff, frequently participate in staff meetings and strategy sessions. All staff members are responsible for complying with the policies and procedures set forth by Hofstra University, the Coastal Athletic Association, the NCAA and the job requirements specific to the particular assignments inherent to athletic administration. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications  | Bachelor’s degree required. Valid driver’s license. 0 – 1 years of related experience. Strong communication skills. This position requires working nights, weekends, and occasionally holidays to attend appropriate athletic events as deemed necessary.
Preferred Qualifications  | Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred.

Hofstra University provides the above salary* as a good faith estimate of the starting pay range which considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience and education.
