Highlights
  • Support Registrar system requests, resolving issues and prioritizing tasks within Student Records operations.
  • Collaborate with technical and subject matter experts to implement and maintain PeopleSoft Campus Solutions and other student records systems.
  • Perform systems operations including batch data processing and managing academic calendars in e-Campus.
  • Analyze data and generate reports using university reporting tools, Microsoft Excel, and query tools.
  • Support reporting to the National Student Clearinghouse, resolve errors, and develop business processes to minimize reporting errors.
  • Maintain curriculum change documentation using Kuali Catalog software as it relates to Academic Requirement Reporting.
  • Test new PeopleSoft patches and enrollment services software updates.
  • Required skills include experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions or Banner, Google App Script and/or JavaScript, Microsoft Excel, and Enrollment Services experience.
  • Bachelor's degree required; preferred in Information Systems, Business or related fields.
  • Anticipated salary range between $57,155 and $69,280; full-time professional staff position in Enrollment Services department.
