About the Role
Use your corporate training and curriculum-development expertise to help train advanced AI systems. You will create, evaluate, and refine realistic tasks involving program delivery, curriculum design, facilitation, and instructional standards.
What You'll Do
- Produce expert-level tasks and gold-standard solutions in curriculum design, facilitation, learning objectives, and program delivery.
- Author realistic corporate-training scenarios and apply clear evaluation rubrics.
- Review materials for accuracy, practical realism, and alignment with enterprise learning and development standards.
- Incorporate calibration feedback and refine task designs while maintaining project quality.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in corporate training, curriculum development, or instructional design.
- Experience designing traininaterials, building curricula, and facilitating live or virtual learning programs.
- Strong knowledge of learning objectives, program delivery, and curriculum evaluation standards. Facilitation or train-the-trainer credentials are a plus.
- Ability to create high-quality tasks, model solutions, evaluation rubrics, and realistic training scenarios.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. AI evaluation, data annotation, content review, or quality assurance experience is helpful but not required.
Engagement and Selection
This project is expected to run for approximately eight weeks. You should be available for at least four hours per day and have some overlap with Pacific Time. Depending on project needs and your interest, there may be an option to work up to 40 hours per week. Weekly hours are not guaranteed. Selection includes a job interest form and role assessment, followed by onboarding steps for selected candidates.
Compensation
$47 USD per hour.
