  • Schedule GEP Special Topics Courses and monitor repeated offerings in collaboration with scheduling officers.
  • Maintain and audit OUCCAS websites for process updates, accessibility, and broken links.
  • Regularly audit training materials and identify gaps; assist in research and implementation of projects supporting curriculum processes.
  • Administer the Course Inventory Management (CIM) system, including workflow updates and troubleshooting.
  • Serve as a point of contact by responding to inquiries from faculty, committee members, and administrative offices via email, phone, and in-person.
  • Review courses and curricula for compliance with university, system, accreditor, and federal policies.
  • Required skills include proficiency with WordPress, Adobe Acrobat, Google Suite, strong organizational and communication abilities; preferred experience with CourseLeaf CIM.
  • Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience from accredited institutions.
  • Compensation ranges from $20-23 per hour, commensurate with experience.
