University of Florida is hiring a CRM Solutions Architect. This role leads the design, implementation, and long-term strategy of the organization's CRM platform, ensuring it supports business processes, maintains data integrity, and integrates seamlessly with other systems while collaborating with stakeholders across departments.
Highlights
Design, develop, and maintain CRM architecture, including data models, workflows, and integration points.
Develop and optimize Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components, and automation flows within Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.
Manage integrations between CRM and enterprise systems using APIs and middleware for seamless data exchange.
Enforce data governance, security standards, and compliance with regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, and FERPA.
Collaborate with business units to translate requirements into technical CRM solutions and lead change management efforts.
Stay current with CRM trends and recommend upgrades including AI-driven analytics capabilities.
Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree with two years of relevant experience or equivalent experience; valid Florida driver's license required.
Preferred qualifications include 5+ years CRM architecture experience, expertise in Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or HubSpot, certifications like Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, and familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
Expected salary range: $105,000-115,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education.
