Required qualifications: Three years clerical/administrative experience or equivalent education and experience; unofficial or official transcripts required if using education to qualify.
Preferred qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, experience with Student Information Systems (Banner/ARIES/Peoplesoft) and scheduling software (CLSS, EMS, R25, Ad Astra), strong communication and organizational skills.
Full-time state classified Technician III position with a monthly salary range of $4,238 - $4,450.
Position reports to the Academic Planning Software Manager within the Office of the Registrar and offers a hybrid work arrangement after training.
