About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Instructional Design & Content Development
- Collaborate with the L&D Lead and operational teams to design, refine, and maintain training materials and onboarding content.
- Develop instructional resources, including process documents, FAQs, and LMS content, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with current practices.
- Implement modern learning tools and methodologies to enhance engagement and learning outcomes.
- Support knowledge base and LMS updates, ensuring content remains current and user-friendly.
Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
- Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to evaluate training effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging learning technologies to continually improve programs.
Facilitation & Training Delivery
- Assist with and occasionally facilitate training sessions, ensuring content aligns with company values and learning objectives.
- Support the planning and delivery of process refresher trainings and workshops.
