About the Role
Are you passionate about unlocking human potential and contributing to organizational excellence? We’re seeking an enthusiastic Instructional Content Developer and Learning Facilitator to play a pivotal role in shaping our team’s growth journey under the strategic guidance of our L&D Lead.

In this role, you will design and develop engaging learning experiences that help new hires and existing specialists alike become confident, high-performing team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Instructional Design & Content Development
    • Collaborate with the L&D Lead and operational teams to design, refine, and maintain training materials and onboarding content.
    • Develop instructional resources, including process documents, FAQs, and LMS content, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with current practices.
    • Implement modern learning tools and methodologies to enhance engagement and learning outcomes.
    • Support knowledge base and LMS updates, ensuring content remains current and user-friendly.
  • Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
    • Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to evaluate training effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
    • Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging learning technologies to continually improve programs.
  • Facilitation & Training Delivery
    • Assist with and occasionally facilitate training sessions, ensuring content aligns with company values and learning objectives.
    • Support the planning and delivery of process refresher trainings and workshops.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree OR 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in learning and development roles, including instructional design and facilitation.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to partner across departments.
  • Adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable navigating dynamic environments.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using LMS platforms and learning technologies.
