Being a Curriculum Developer at iManage Means…
You’ll be part of the Knowledge and Education team within iManage Customer Experience, playing a key role in shaping how our customers and partners learn and succeed. Using rapid instructional design methodologies, you’ll design and develop engaging, impactful learning content that drives adoption and mastery of our solutions.
In this role, you’ll create a variety of learning experiences—including instructor-led courseware, eLearning modules, written assessments, and self-paced learning—leveraging industry-standard tools such as MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Publisher), Camtasia, Articulate 360, and Adobe Creative Suite. We’re looking for someone with a passion for enterprise technology and a knack for translating technical concepts into clear, accessible learning.
iM Responsible For…
- Designing and delivering iManage online and instructor-led training curriculum.
- Creating engaging eLearning content and multimedia assets using tools like Camtasia and Articulate 360.
- Collaborating with subject matter experts to transform technical content into learner-friendly materials.
- Updating and developing certification exams.
- Analyzing learner feedback and performance data to continuously improve training effectiveness.
- Updating and revising existing curriculum as needed to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Ensuring all learning content aligns with instructional design best practices and accessibility standards.
iM Qualified Because I Have…
- 3-5+ years of demonstrated experience in curriculum development, instructional design, eLearning creation, or technical writing.
- Advanced knowledge of Articulate 360 and strong proficiency within Microsoft Office Suite.
- Hands-on experience designing and developing instructor-led training and certification courseware.
- Bachelor’s degree in a field with significant communications or technical components (e.g., journalism, communications, instructional design, technical writing, or coursework in software development), or equivalent experience.
- Strong written communication skills combined with proven project management expertise.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams across multiple locations, time zones, and cultures.
Bonus Points If I Have...
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, and project management tools such as Asana.
- Related experience within an enterprise software or SaaS environment.
- Familiarity with the Legal Tech landscape.

The overall US annual base salary range for this position is $100,000–$120,000 per year. Individual compensation for each candidate depends on factors such as qualifications, experience, and candidate location. This range does not include additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses, commission, or benefits.
