Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in education or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience as an instructor, in curriculum development, or as a professional educator.
  • Experience with instructional design principles and processes.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience designing and developing a range of learning assets: course content, job aids, facilitator guides, etc.
  • Experience supporting the development, execution, and impact measurement of programs for a range of learners.
  • Experience launching and coordinating rollout of multiple training programs to a variety of stakeholders and users.
  • Experience managing content development life-cycles and prioritization of full time employee and agreement resources.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail in an ever-changing environment.

The Trust and Safety Solutions Learning and Enablement team's mission is to enable high-quality enforcement with a reliable, accessible knowledge ecosystem built on collaboration, expertise, and a focus on the learner. We partner with teams in Trust and Safety to scope, build, evaluate, and maintain knowledge used to enable content moderators, analysts, and product and engineering teams to understand how to deliver trusted and safe experiences to all of Google's users.

In this role, you will own the Learning and Enablement strategy and development for Trust and Safety review operations for a defined Google Product Area. You will manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and rigorously prioritize the engaging needs of stakeholders and the business. You will work under compressed deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment that demands flexibility, high quality, and creativity. You will partner with stakeholders to design and deliver training solutions.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $137,000-$201,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
