Key Responsibilities
  • Leads strategic partnerships with school districts, curriculum providers, instructional leaders, and education organizations
  • Develops and refines core K–12 curriculum strategy in alignment with NGSS, CSTA, Common Core, and other relevant standards
  • Collaborates with internal product and engineering teams and an external network of curriculum writers to ensure effective product–curriculum integration
  • Guides the development of instructional frameworks, scope and sequence, and curriculum-aligned resources that support classroom implementation
  • Manages pilot programs with districts and educators and gathers feedback to inform curriculum and product improvements
  • Represents at educational conferences, curriculum showcases, and district planning meetings
  • Identifies opportunities to scale curriculum adoption across large districts, networks, and state-level systems
  • Monitors trends in curriculum adoption, standards evolution, and district decision-making processes to inform long-term strategy
  • Maintains documentation related to curriculum partnerships, pilots, and instructional outcomes
  • Performs other duties as assigned
 
What You’ll Bring
  • 3–5+ years of experience in K–12 curriculum development, instructional design, educational partnerships, or related roles
  • Background in curriculum development, K–12 teaching, STEM education, or work within an education organization
  • Demonstrated experience aligning instructional materials to educational standards
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, preferably within the business development space
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience

Desired Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field
  • Experience working with or partnering with curriculum publishers
  • Familiarity with curriculum adoption cycles, state frameworks, and district procurement processes
  • Experience supporting or managing pilot programs with teachers or districts
  • Experience integrating STEM or EdTech products with instructional materials

Work Location
  • Working a remote schedule, or hybrid schedule is an option if in the Boston, MA, area
 
Travel Requirements
  • Moderate travel, typically less than 25%
  • Travel periodically to attend competitions, conferences, partner events, and onsite activations
  • Travel may include occasional evenings or weekends
Compensation
  • The expected compensation range for this position is $78,000 - $105,000 annually.
