What you will be doing:
  • Assisting client employees with tuition assistance provided by their employer.
  • Maintaining a high level of energy and enthusiasm for Bright Horizons Family Solutions, its mission, values and philosophy.
  • Maintaining a high-level of customer satisfaction with both internal and external customers.
  • Answering incoming calls in a timely manner as identified by service level standards.
  • Meeting minimum performance standards.
  • Maintaining a high-level of customer satisfaction.

Schedule
  • EdAssist operates Monday through Friday from 6:00am-6:30pm MST, your schedule will take place within that timeframe.

Training
  • There will be a mandatory paid classroom training starting 6/30/2025 to start your first few weeks with Bright Horizons. The classroom training will be on-site at our office in Westminster where you will be with a group of your peers learning all about Bright Horizons and the EdAssist line of business, and all about the tools you will need to be successful in this role.
  • 100% of your attendance is mandatory and you will have a specific schedule until training has been completed. Training schedule will be Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm.

Salary and Other Compensation Disclosures
The starting rate for this position is $18.75 per hour.  The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
