How can you make an impact?
The Customer Enablement Associate partners with sales team members to service, support, and maintain customer territories. Working cross-functionally across regional teams, this highly collaborative role serves as a primary point of contact — fielding customer inquiries and delivering solutions when sales representatives are unavailable.
This is a remote position with up to 10% of travel time required. Candidates must reside in and be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
What you will do:
- Provides service and support to customer territories, including creating accounts, providing sample copies, granting access to instructor resources, preparing pricing exceptions, and CRM tracking.
- Utilizing standardized processes, provides solutions to customer issues.
- Regularly answers product questions.
- Collaborates with sales team members to ensure territories have support coverage.
- Resolve bookstore and Instructor problems.
- Facilitate resolution of technical problems through Customer Service teams.
- Resolve student access code problems.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric focus; superior critical thinking skills.
- Ability to think independently and work with speed and accuracy to deliver results.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient communication skills.
- Demonstrated flexibility to meet customer demands.
- Proficient understanding of product landscape, services, and support.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and share ideas.
- The ability to learn, understand and execute with autonomy.

The pay range for this position is between $37,000 and $41,000 USD annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. We offer benefits including medical, dental and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered. Click
