Description
This position will be employed through Noor Staffing Group working remotely throughout the U.S.

As a member of the LMS Integration team, the contractor will work with either high school administrators to integrate their course data with publisher courseware or meet virtually with Higher Education Professors to review integrating their Achieve course(s) with their school's learning management system while providing guidance and support that exceeds expectations.

Major Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with school administrators in setting up courses in a timely and professional manner.
  • Facilitate virtual meetings with professors to review integrating their Achieve course with their school's learning management system
  • This role requires outstanding attention to detail and comfort in asking clarifying questions of full-time team members to minimize data processing errors, in addition to quickly navigating among internal systems simultaneously with accuracy (e.g. Salesforce, Slack, Google Sheets, etc.).

Required Qualifications:
  • Meticulous and keen eye to details.
  • Superior organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to balance multiple workflows simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Substantial computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Extraordinary customer service skills.
  • Solid understanding of Google Sheets.
  • Ability to follow process documentation and guide a customer through detailed steps.

Preferred Skills / Knowledge:
  • Experience as a high school teacher is desirable.
  • Previous experience with incorporating digital education materials into a high school classroom preferred.
  • Solving puzzles and finding patterns is something you enjoy.
  • Experience working with the Salesforce Lightning environment is a plus.
  • Experience with Clever and/or ClassLink rostering systems is desirable.
  • Experience with Blackboard, Canvas, Moodle, and/or D2L learning management systems is desirable.

Education Requirements: 
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Hours:
  • Approximately 10-20 hours per week from June - September 2024.
