What you will do...
We're looking for a diligent, energetic Customer Manager who is experienced in nurturing client relationships and passionate about driving customer success and growth. In this role, you’ll help achieve our vision for a better way of learning for teachers, students, and maximize the benefits for their organization.. As well as support our EdTech customers by interacting with them across various platforms, ensuring they maximize their usage of Kami, and managing their subscription renewals and expansion opportunities. This position is focused on becoming a trusted resource for our customers and helping improve their overall experience with Kami.

The initial job duties the Employee will be expected to perform as the Customer Manager will be the following:
  • Interacting with customers worldwide via email, video calls (such as Zoom), and social media
  • Developing accounts by helping customers grow usage across their institution.
  • Managing and growing the subscription renewal process, finding creative solutions to overcome objections or issues, and developing expansion opportunities.
  • Becoming a trusted resource for accounts, serving as their reliable gateway to Kami.
  • Providing feedback to the Kami leadership team to drive continuous process improvement, automate tasks, and enhance the customer experience.
  • Consistently meeting agreed targets for subscription renewal and expansion.
  • Ensuring satisfactory compliance with Customer Management expectations.
