Job Summary

Responsibilities
• Help customers at the front counter, answer telephone calls, and respond to customer emails.
• Accept payment for parking permits and tickets.
• Perform daily cash reconciliation and deposit.
• Assist with data entry.
• Direct customers at parking lot entrances during large scale special events on campus, such as home football games and other campus events.
Minimum Qualifications
EQUIVALENCY STATEMENT: 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience (Example: bachelor’s degree = 4 years of directly related work experience).

Customer Service Representative, III: Requires 3+ years of related experience.
Preferences
Knowledge of basic office programs required (i.e. Outlook, Excel, and Windows). Degree not required.
