POSITION SPECIFICS
Customer Service Representatives provide internal and external customer support for University functions, events, and services including housing, dining, hospitality, transportation, facilities, athletics, agriculture, etc. Tasks require knowledge of University policies, procedures, practices, and protocols to troubleshoot issues, to provide timely resolutions and assistance, and to promote/market products, projects, programs, and services.

Resonsible for performing a variety of customer service responsibilities which may include some or all of the following:
•Provide Excellent Customer Service.
•Produce Accurate and Timely Transactions.
•Serve as first line of contact for all customers, guests, faculty, staff, students, vendors, and other stakeholders.
•Communicate with diverse customers on a regular basis.
•Respond to routine customer questions and/or needs, and provide appropriate response/service for situation.
•Process a variety of financial transactions.
•Track and Maintain inventory.
•Operate various equipment and computer systems.
•Report unusual situations or concerns to management.
 
MINIMUM EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE & REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS
General Equivalency Diploma (GED) or High School (HS)No prior relevant work experience required; previous relevant work experience accepted in lieu of

SALARY & BENEFITS
The salary range for this position, including all possible grades, is $31,600.00 - $45,800.00.
