Job Summary/Basic Function  | Individual will assist customers in the Wildcat store in all capacities in a wide variety of tasks: greet customers in a friendly, professional manner; become knowledgeable about the textbook floor including textbooks, rentals, eBooks, access codes, book availability, etc.; assist customers with finding books and answering their questions in a professional and helpful manner; help pull books for orders, sell books and Wildcat Store merchandise; stock inventory, keep store clean and orderly. Will be trained to operate a cash register, assist customers with purchases and any questions relating to payment plans.
Required Qualifications  | High School Diploma
Preferred Qualifications  | Must be punctual and reliable. Friendly and customer service oriented.

Must be able to work at least 20 hours per week, including evenings and some weekends.

Must have applied to the Federal Work Study Program.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
