About the Role: 
We’re hiring our first Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our growing team. As the founding member of Customer Success at Macabacus, you’ll shape how we partner with enterprise accounts and set the standard for how we deliver value to our customers. You’ll be a trusted advisor, building strong relationships from power users to executives, embedding Macabacus into critical workflows, and uncovering opportunities to expand our impact 
  • Serve as the support contact for enterprise accounts, building strong, consultative relationships. 
  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive adoption, satisfaction, and retention. 
  • Assist in onboarding and configuring new and existing client environments to ensure smooth adoption and early value. 
  • Conduct business reviews and share data-driven insights to highlight value 
  • Proactively monitor account health, engage stakeholders, and mitigate risks. 
  • Champion awareness and adoption of new product features across teams. 
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, influencing product direction and roadmap. 
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding customers on best practices to maximize value from Macabacus. 

What You’ll
Bring:
 
  • 3 - 5 years
    in Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing SaaS roles. 
  • Experience with enterprise accounts; finance or private equity exposure a plus. 
  • Proven ability to drive adoption, retention, and growth. 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including with senior executives. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively. 
  • Comfort using data to inform strategies and deliver insights.
