The position provides operational and relationship management support for my529’s children’s savings account (CSA) and scholarship program. CSAs are education-focused savings programs run by nonprofit and government organizations. Different from traditional scholarships, CSA programs are designed to provide long-term saving or investment accounts through my529, specifically for low and moderate-income families. my529 administers an online CSA platform designed to help organizations, nationwide, administer their programs. |

EQUIVALENCY STATEMENT: 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience (Example: bachelor’s degree = 4 years of directly related work experience).
Department may hire employee at one of the following job levels: Customer Success Manager, I: Requires a bachelor’s (or equivalency) with up to 2 years of directly related work experience or a master’s (or equivalency) degree. Job Code: PY1581 Grade: P13 Expected Pay Range: $47,327.50 – $68,624.87 Customer Success Manager, II: Requires a bachelor’s (or equivalency) + 4 years of directly related work experience or a master’s (or equivalency) + 2 years of directly related work experience. Job Code: PY1582 Grade: P15 Expected Pay Range: $57,2663.27 – $83,036.10 Customer Success Manager, III: Requires a bachelor’s (or equivalency) + 6 years or a master’s (or equivalency) + 4 years of directly related work experience. Job Code: PY1583 Grade: P17 Expected Pay Range: $69,262.19 – $100,473.68 |
