The Center on Disabilities and Human Development (CDHD) is an independent unit within the College of Education, Health and Human Sciences. The CDHD is supported through a federal infrastructure grant with numerous projects funded through sponsored accounts. The CDHD improves the lives of people and their families by educating an interdisciplinary workforce, providing training and technical assistance within communities, conducting research, providing direct services, and disseminating evidence-based information

Position Overview 
This position provides responsive and engaging customer support for child care professionals as they navigate the data management system (RISE) as it relates to the Idaho Child Care Program (ICCP) and state child care licensing.

Duties may include: Customer Support Coordination of Meetings and Workshops Facilitating communication between program participants and project leadership Maintaining program calendars and schedules Operational and Administrative Support Serving as primary contact with program participants Other duties as assigned

Required Experience  | One year of experience in a customer support role One year experience with data entry and a data management system Experience working on a team with shared goals Experience with organizational and problem-solving tasks Demonstrated ability to write clearly and precisely as demonstrated in applicant materials Using computer software and applications for word processing, developing spreadsheets, email, and internet research
