Overview

The CVO Training Specialist is responsible for managing offshore teams and vendor training programs to ensure operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement. This role combines leadership in offshore operations with expertise in training design, quality assurance, credentialing processes, and stakeholder communication.

Duties & Responsibilities

Training & Development
  • Design and implement Train-the-Trainer programs and vendor-specific training in collaboration with internal Learning & Development and CVO teams
  • Conduct onboarding sessions and ongoing workshops for offshore and vendor teams
  • Develop training materials, manuals, and e-learning modules
  • Lead nesting phases post-training with frequent touchpoints to ensure knowledge transfer
  • Monitor training effectiveness using metrics and provide actionable feedback

Quality Assurance
  • Establish and enforce QA standards across offshore and vendor operations
  • Perform quality assessments during training and nesting phases, including daily audits of returned files
  • Host weekly Q&A and cross-site calibration calls to maintain consistency

Reporting & Analysis
  • Analyze operational and training reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Provide actionable insights to leadership and ensure transparent communication of deliverables

Credentialing & Compliance
  • Prepare and submit credentialing applications and supporting documentation
  • Research and resolve credentialing issues and facilitate communication with credentialing agencies
  • Organize audits to ensure compliance with credentialing requirements and healthcare regulations
  • Perform any work restricted to stateside access for partners and manage QA task boards

Stakeholder & Operational Support
  • Act as liaison between onshore leadership and offshore/vendor teams
  • Address client escalation requests, including file processing, status updates, and QA tasks
  • Facilitate access requests, onboarding, and offboarding processes

Skills Required
  • Experience in offshore operations leadership, training, and QA
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in reporting tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Healthcare experience with knowledge of payer enrollment, medical credentialing and/or privileging procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and credentialing databases
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
